GOBY FISH, also known as elongate mudskippers (scientific name: Pseudapocryptes elongatus), are river fish belonging to the Oxudercidae family. Mudskippers have a slightly salty and sweet taste and a neutral nature, with the ability to clear the lungs and eliminate phlegm, nourish the kidneys and strengthen bones and tendons, promote blood circulation, benefit water metabolism, help with pregnancy, and promote milk production for breastfeeding mothers.
Process: Whole fish is cleaned and frozen.
